Intelligent Ignition Analyzer The only equipment needed to fully diagnose shielded and unshielded ignition energy output, peak voltage and pulse duration. The ACCUTEK III® also acts like an ignition source, allowing full testing of shielded and unshielded ignition coils, secondary leads and extensions. |
Additional features of the ACCUTEK III® include high voltage (approx 200 to 900 volt) insulator integrity testing, missing pulse detection and CD powered instruments testing. |

Two unique features of the ACCUTEK III ® ignition analyzer are the missing pulse detector and the instrument test feature. The missing pulse detector allows the operator to connect the ACCUTEK III® analyzer to any individual primary lead or to the shutdown lead. The ACCUTEK III ® analyzer "learns" the engine firing pattern and alerts the user if the ignition system is not operating properly. This feature is very useful in determining if an intermittent misfire is caused by your ignition system or through other causes such as fuel or mechanical problems. The instrument test feature allows the operator to supply power to most capacitive discharge ignition powered instruments or devices. This allows the operator to power a panel and perform troubleshooting tests to the panel without starting the engine. The output voltage from the ACCUTEK III® is adjustable from approx. 100 to 350 VDC at a highly accurate, crystal controlled, 60 Hz. This highly stable 60 Hz output can also be used to verify tachometer accuracy. Shielded Ignition Coil Leads (click on image to enlarge) |
